Shipping and handling fee is a flat $5.00 to all USA destinations. This includes USPS Priority mail, delivery confirmation tracking and insurance.

Sometimes. We reserve the right to cancel sales outside the USA. In general, we ship to U.K. and Canada. Sales to other countries are accepted based on an individual basis. If you would like to purchase for an international delivery, please use the Contact form before payment. List the items you want to purchase and your delivery address. An invoice will be emailed to you for the full amount of the order plus additional shipping. This is normally $12 shipping instead of $5 to Canada and UK. Other countries vary. We follow USA law by honestly filling out all custom forms (no gifts). Please be aware that insurance is not available to all countries and shipping times are not quick.

All major credit cards are accepted. The payments are processed via Paypal, so you can also use Paypal funds. Paypal is one of the most trusted and familiar companies on the Internet. For more about their program, please see their page.

Yes, but it's not set up via the shopping cart right now. You can use the contact form to list the items you need and a Google checkout invoice will be sent to the email account you provide. Please be sure to include a valid email. If you are in doubt of your email, please add your phone number. Also, check your spam folder if you haven't received any email from us in a few days.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for directions to return.  If the item just isn't what you expected, we'll refund your cost, less the return shipping, on receipt of the item. 

Many of the items are one of a kind. When those are sold, they are removed from the bottom pages with the shopping cart options, unless a very similar item can be made on order. New one of a kind pieces are added frequently to the Collections pages. Please use the Contact form and let us know what you'd like to see next. We use USA ring sizes. You can use the formula shown here to determine your size. The common bracelet size is 7 inches. Let us know if you need a smaller or larger bracelet, otherwise the 7 inch standard is sent (unless indicated otherwise on the product information)  Be sure to include your exact wrist measurement.

Many of the items are made upon receiving the order, so they are custom. Because of this, you can usually get the perfect fit for no additional charge. Original custom orders are welcome. Most of the items are made with 925 sterling silver. A jewelers cloth is usually all that's needed to remove tarnish. Sterling items without stones can be cleaned in a Sonic jewelry cleaner. Items that contain found objects such as buttons or other metals must be determined on an individual basis. Please contact us if you are unsure how to clean an item purchased here.
